Salon Policies

Dear guests,

We look forward to welcoming you into Leah Durrant Salon and our team will do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your experience and love your hair! 

To ensure the smooth running of our business, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following salon policies.  

Cancellations & No Shows 

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you have to cancel your appointment.  If you do not show up to your appointment or fail to provide 24 hours' notice, you will be expected to pay 100% of the cost of your service.  We take deposits to secure your appointment slot.

Allergy Alert Testing for Hair Colour Appointments

If you are a first time client, are new to hair colour, have not had your hair coloured in the past 6 months or longer, or are pregnant, you must have a skin test (allergy alert test) prior to your hair colour appointment. 

This is to ensure you do not experience any allergies or sensitivities to the products we use.
