Happy Birthday Leah Durrant!!

On Sat 14th September we celebrate our 9th birthday!! I don’t know where the time has gone. 9 years ago Leah Durrant was born. I had a 9 month old son and, little did I know, I had a little girl on the way. Not long after, I became a single mum, but with hard work and determination (not to mention our loyal clientele and amazing staff) we became Chertsey’s only award winning salon. I couldn’t have dreamed for more.

I will never forget the day we opened. Myself and, business partner at the time, Andrew, and one junior walking the streets handing out flyers about our new salon with a unique approach; offering a London standard of service away from the big city at a reasonable price. Free massage with every visit, refreshment menus, websites and online bookings.

From 3 members of staff, to 15, and another dream; our Beauty Re:treat, opened 4 years later. I like to think we treat every client as if it’s their first visit and every day I still have that same passion and motivation walking into LD. We have so much planned for next year.
